Enrolled agents and CPAs have used our legal services in electronic filing privilege and IRS Office of Professional Responsibility matters. We have also assisted individual IRS employees who have requested our services to manage their personal tax matters. Our firm works closely with referring attorneys and accountants to assist them in serving their clients in addition to working directly with clients themselves.

Mr. Coen’s tax experience spans two decades and includes employment as an Internal Revenue Service attorney. Also he held an appointment as a Special Assistant U.S. Attorney, representing the United States in bankruptcy court, service for which he received an Outstanding Achievement Award (1987-1989) from the United States Attorney.
